1. What should I do if I want to be a member?

You just click "Membership" on top of the Main Page. Next, click "Join GDD Club" and fill in the displayed member registration form. Then you press " Accept " bar after reading and accepting the Terms & Conditions, Privacy and Security statement. You will then become our valued customer and can enjoy the member privilege.

2. How to update my personal profile?

Simply click "Membership" on top of the Main Page, click "Change user information " and then enter Login Name and Password. A web page with your registered membership information will pop up. You can change where necessary and press "Submit" button to update

3. What if I forget my Password?

Please click "Membership" in the Main Page, then press "Forget Password" section, a web page asking for your registered e-mail address will pop up. Simply key in your registered e-mail address and answer to the Security Question. We will send your Login Name and Password to your registered email address.

4. A network error occurs when I click "Submit" button of registration form. I retry one more time, a pop up message to tell me "the Login Name you typed is used, please enter another one" .In this case, how to do?

The server may have captured your record prior to the occurrence of the network error. Thus, you cannot use the same Login Name for the registration. This means your registration has already been accepted with the input Login Name and Password. You can start to proceed to login to enjoy the member . If you need to confirm your Login Name and Password, simply follow the answer of FAQ item 3 above.

5. Why my Login Name is invalid when I register as GDD Club member?

The format of your Login Name may be wrong as it requires 6-15 characters, a-z, 0-9 and _ only. Or the Login Name was used.

6. Why my Password is invalid when I register as GDD Club member?

The format of your Password may be wrong as it requires 6 characters, a-z, 0-9.

7. What are the benefits if I become a GDD Club Member?

As a valued GDD Club member, you will then have the immediate opportunities to enjoy the numerous attractive offers and discounts.
