Shopping Flow Chart", we will confirm your order and date of
delivery by phone once we received your online order.

delivery service will be provided at a minimum order of HK$400
- Delivery
charge of HK$50 for outlying island districts
- Delivery
charge of HK$40 for any purchase of HK$400 below

will not be responsible for the goods, once they are accepted

will be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 is raised or a
black rain storm warning is in effect.

the HK International Airport, etc.

Payment
Methods

Online Shopping accept Cash and Cheque payment. For cheque payment,
please make it payable to "Organic Gardens International Limited".
Exchange/
Return Goods
For
damage or expiration of goods (except promotional items), please
notify our Customer Service Department at 3181 4426. No claim to
be accepted for goods after 2 days of goods receipt. Please present
the invoice when exchanging/ returning goods. Each piece of goods
can only be returned/ exchanged once. Greendotdot.com Limited reserves
the right of goods return/ exchange. Our Customer Service Department
will arrange the date of goods return/ exchange according to stock
availability and others.
