Home Delivery Service
1. Local Delivery in Hong Kong, customers can choose the date to receive thegoods within 2-5 days after the order confirmation. If no one can be reached atthe delivery address, our customer service team will contact you again toreschedule the delivery time and require extra shipping fee of HK$80.
2. If the customer confirms the order after the cut-off time or holidayperiod 1 day before the public holiday, the delivery date will be postponedaccordingly. Please pay attention to the delivery time provided by the systembefore confirming the order.
3. Some remote areas may require longer delivery time. Please pay attentionto the relevant instructions and the email sent by the system for the deliverydetails.
4. Orders on Saturday will generally be processed as usual. Orders on Sundaysand public holidays require a longer delivery time. Please pay attention to therelevant instructions and keep an eye on the system to confirm the deliverytime.
5. The delivery time listed above is only applicable to normal situation.When it is affected by bad weather, typhoon or other uncontrolled factors, theshipping time may be delayed. These conditions are not included in this servicecommitment. Green Dot Dot is not guaranteed whether the delivery is on time.
6. We offer free shipping on all purchases of HK$400 or above (including dryand frozen goods, discounted prices and deducted e-vouchers). If the amount isless than HK$400, an additional delivery service fee of HK$80 will be required.
7. Our delivery service covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories,Tung Chung, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay. Tung Chung area must be delivered inaccordance with the schedule (every Monday, Wednesday or Friday). There is noextra charge. If it is specifically designated for delivery outside the planneddelivery schedule, extra delivery fee of HK$180 will be charged. OutlyingIslands (except Tung Chung, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay) which is restricted areasand areas where no vehicles are allowed, extra delivery fee of HK$180 will becharged. Green Dot Dot normal delivery schedule is from Monday to Saturday,from 9 am to 6 pm.
8. Dry item and frozen item will be delivered separately. Estimate deliverytime is in between 12:00PM - 5:00PM. Detail please refer to <Refrigerated Delivery Services – Service Coverage>.
9. Our delivery service does not cover locations that are not directlyaccessible by courier trucks. Therefore, we can only provide delivery serviceon village entrance OR parking area.
10. In case of any dispute,Greendotdot.com Limited reserves the right to make the final decision.
Terms and Condition of Delivery
1. We will arrange delivery after receiving your online payment.
2. All orders are subject to final confirmation based on the supplier'smerchandise availability. In the event that we fail to provide any goods orservices that have been ordered, we reserve the right to cancel the order andwill notify the customer by phone or email prior to delivery.
3. We will not call the recipient's delivery time in advance, please payattention to our email notification.
4. To protect customers, the Green Dot Dot’s Customer Service Team will callthe customer before delivery to verify the customer information. Third partylogistics will only deliver the service on the specified date and will only beavailable in Hong Kong.
5. Once the order is confirmed, you cannot change any information includingthe address of the recipient. For assistance, please contact us.
6. We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to incorrector incomplete information. Products that fail to re-confirm theinformation/delivered unsuccessfully will be returned to the Green Dot DotLogistics Center, and the paid shipping fee will not be refunded. 5 days fromthe date of confirmation of the order, if the customer whose address orinformation is incomplete is not contacted by our customer service team, wewill also charge the relevant delivery fee (additional service fee) for thesecond delivery. 7. Goods must be signed forupon receipt to be considered as completed receipt.
8. The recipient shouldinspect the goods as soon as possible after receipt. If any damage to the goodsis found due to non-human factors or damage or incompleteness of the packagingcaused during transportation, please contact us immediately after delivery toprocess a return or exchange. Please contact us for details.
9. If the recipient appoints third-party to collect the goods, Green Dot Dotand third-party logistics will not be responsible for the risks or lossescaused.
10. When the goods aredelivered to the delivery address listed in the order, whether or not they aresigned by the designated recipient, the goods will be deemed as completed.
11. Third-party logisticswill make all reasonable efforts to deliver the goods before the date of thepromised delivery. You agree and bear the risk that delivery may be delayed.
12. When the Typhoon SignalNo. 8 or above or the Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect, the deliveryservice time will be delayed or rearranged separately.
13. We are not responsiblefor delays, losses or damages caused by uncontrolled factors such as naturaldisasters, political factors, work tides, nuclear explosions or wars.
14. We will charge thecorresponding additional service fee for the items that have not been pickedup. Please receive the goods on time.
15. If there is more than onecontainer in the order, third-party logistics may be delivered separately, andthe delivery time may be different depending on the distribution arrangement bythem.
16. If there is any dispute,the Green Dot Dot reserve the right for final decision.
