l Once the order isconfirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refund.
l If the goods arerequested to exchange or return, customer must keep the original invoice andgoods, and contact our customer service hotline at +852 3181448 within two daysafter collection. Otherwise, no goods exchange or return can be arranged. Anygoods exchange or return can only once per order. Green Dot Dot reserves thefinal decision of acceptance for any goods exchange or return.
l Our customerservice team will further confirm the goods replacement or return arrangementbased on the integrity of goods whether in re-sell condition. The goodsexchange is subjected to the stock availability and only available at thedesignated Green Dot Dot Shop. Customer is required to process goods exchangeat retail outlet within one week after receiving our staff confirmation.Otherwise, no goods exchange or return can be arranged.
l All promotionalitems cannot be replaced, returned or refund.
