Each HK$1 spent automatically earns GreenCash Points, which can be redeemed for Green Cash rebates online. Details are as follows:
Calculation Method:
1) GreenCash members only. Earn 1 point for every HK$1 spent online (excluding selected items).
2) Green Cash Points are automatically credited to your account after the online transaction is completed.
3) Green Cash Points are awarded based on the final order amount. Points earned for orders that cannot be completed will be automatically deducted.
4) Accumulated points can be redeemed for Green Cash, which can be exchanged for corresponding cash rewards or gifts (further online notification will be provided).

Validity Period: Green Cash membership is permanent. Points are calculated from the membership activation date, and all points expire on December 31st of the current year. Unredeemed points will automatically expire without further notice.
Redemption Procedure:
1) Enter your points on the shopping cart page to redeem. Customers must have sufficient points to redeem.
2) New shopping points will be issued for future use only after the transaction is completed.
3) Each points redemption must be made concurrently with a purchase. If you do not make a purchase, your redemption request will not be processed.
4) Once the transaction or gift redemption is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
